books.google.com lists a library leaflet by the US Bureau of Education that has an article prepared by Emma A. Baie, associate professor and supervisor of teacher training in home economics, New Hampshire college of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, Durham, NH. The leaflet was published in 1929. Since it's still in copyright, google can only show a snippet view so I have no idea what the article is about.
